The Phone Call ðŸ“ž

By

You had moved on.

You called a week ago.

You sounded so happy I could feel your joy

I could see you joy

I was so relieved to hear, feel and see your joy

I smiled.

I cried.

You invited me to visit.

As you were telling me your address the phone went haywire, like you were in a no cell zone.

I couldn’t make out the first part of the street name

Last part was Paradise Heights

I thought about googling it for route and travel time

No city No State was given

You said the weather was warm and so pleasant

I was so glad to hear from you. You so deserve this happiness.

I don’t know if we said goodbye.

It took me a moment to realize when I awoke

I met you on the plane between two worlds

I am filled with peace knowing you are well

knowing you are with me.

The Plane

Oooooh… I’m crying. I’m glad she’s moved on and enjoying her life in Paradise Heights now. I don’t want you to go visit.
